About the Drunkards...
The Drunkards were established in 2003 by a whole bunch of good ppl led by one evil french person. In mid 2009 judas, puppet master, fat nerd Bird led a campaign of succession for 'change' lols. Everything that has happened, has happened, the past is a blur and our history written by the victors as we were taught by our own Drunkard forefathers.
In 2009, the Drunkards saga continues now adapted as a tv series - "When ego's attack". Starring the following f'wits. The clan is led by three people - Koolmodee, Minor 69_her and Ironside, together these community appointed reps form 'the council'. elections are held every 12 months in August (our birthday) and new clan representatives are voted in by the membership group. Our site administration is done by another few people - Padgo, Funks & Dilbery do most of the technical work and Smidy has been doing some website content work.

As Drunkards, we play stuff. Right now we're playing...Call of Duty - search & destroy (GA & CGo) Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - Domination, Company of Heroes (2v2 &
3v3) Some members play MMO's like WoW,Aion and EvE. We recently dropped out of the COD World At War search& destroy ladder on CGo after being there for the last 4 seasons, finishing in the top ten for seasons 1,2 and 3 respectively. The COD player base has decided to begin playing COD2 again in place of the removal of CODWAW as one of the games we play.
Previously we have played games such as Day of Defeat Source, Counter Strike Source, Team Fortress 2,Joint Operations, Call of Duty, Call of Duty:United Offensive, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty World At War, R-Factor, Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2, Battlefield 2142. The clan plans to launch a Battlefield Bad Company 2 team sometime in March 2010.
Drunkard Accolades In the 6 or more years we've been around the Drunkards haven't brought home a trophy for anything, oh sure we've had teams go into finals but never a trophy for the cabinet. In August 2009 the COH team led by Trogdor and Badmac won the CG COH 2v2 series. Not to forget other stand out performances in the 1v1 comps and the new 3v3 series. No doubt it's a pretty big deal for us as the Drunkards have never having brought home a trophy before, our lads have teh best micro!!! Additionally, the COD4 team (GA) took 9th place in season 3# and has only just broken into the top 100 on CGo. lolz. As of December 09' the COD4 GA team have qualified for the season 4# finals.

Joining the Drunkards
Anyone who can legally consume booze can join the Drunkards If you're under 18 we will still look at your application. To be here really depends on how you fit in, you don't have to be leat.
We play anything & everything, from FPS RTS to MMO RPG's, even Sims. You're able to play anything and nothing at all, it's really up to you coz you're free to do your own thing.
As |-DIC-| continues to exsist as a online community of gamers we will also accommodate for new teams as new games are released. We encourage and support our members in building new teams. All members have the opportunity to create and lead new teams, all you need to do is to have the leadership qualities to create, recruit and manage a team and fill it with new or existing members.
DIC is a fun place to be, most ppl have already been in for at least a couple of years and have tried a few other clans before finding us.
Our attitude towards competitive gaming is certainly to win but we're relaxed about how we achieve that. Winning is great and games come and go but mates come first. Hence, our motto is "Mates before the game"
